Very short drive to Seaside. The house itself was clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials to cook at home, plenty of towels and extra blankets. Wifi worked great! 

Really liked the private screened back porch, although it was too cold to enjoy it much in the evenings during our stay. Only not great thing was that the tv resolution in the main living area was a little fuzzy, which normally we wouldn\'t have cared about, but watching the Super Bowl on that tv left us searching for the ball a few times. However, really not a huge deal at all. Overall. I\'d give this house a very high rating for comfort, location, and size.
